Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?
Please allow up to 24 hours.
If you still haven’t received it, check your spam folder or contact us — your email may have been entered incorrectly.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, go to the Tracking Number section on our website and enter your order number + email.
Tracking details are also included in your confirmation email.
What if I receive a faulty or wrong item?
Contact us at hoomestylee@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
We will replace or refund the item.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
How do I apply a promo code?
Enter your code in the Discount Code box at checkout and click Apply.
Only one code per order can be used.
🚚 DELIVERY
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Some items ship from different warehouses.
You will receive separate tracking numbers if this happens.
Will I be charged customs fees?
In most cases, no.
If your country charges customs, the customer is responsible for the fee.
Countries we don’t ship to:
Albania, Algeria, Belarus, Hong Kong, Kosovo, Morocco, Tunisia.

What is your return policy?
Returns accepted within 30 days.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I know you received my return?
We will email you once your return is processed (usually within 1 business day).
If you don’t receive confirmation, please contact us.
